Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Rally Attendee Management marketing website. They do not replace a signed customer agreement, order form, event agreement, ticketing terms, or organization-specific product terms.

Effective July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate written agreements govern any purchase, implementation, event operation, ticket transaction, or use of the Rally platform.

2. Informational website

Website content is provided to describe Rally Cry’s attendee-management capabilities and support sales conversations. Submitting a demo or pricing request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee availability, reserve event capacity, or form a binding offer or agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful business evaluation and communication with Rally Cry. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that burdens its operation, misrepresent your identity, or use website content in violation of law or another party’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website, Rally platform, designs, text, software, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by Rally Cry or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer and event names, logos, artwork, and quotations remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission where applicable. No rights are granted except the limited right to access this website under these terms.

5. Product information and availability

Rally Cry may update product descriptions, screenshots, availability, and commercial terms. Demonstration data and labeled mockups are illustrative. The capabilities, service levels, implementation scope, support, and pricing available to a customer are those stated in the final written agreement.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Rally Cry does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Rally Cry disclaims warranties regarding the website’s uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not modify warranties expressly included in a signed customer agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally Cry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this marketing website. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law. A signed customer agreement may provide different rights and remedies for the Rally service.

9. Privacy

Rally Cry’s Website Privacy Notice explains how information submitted through this site is handled.

10. Changes and contact

Rally Cry may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact page.
